Sparx Systems Pty Ltd ( Australia ) and Sixth Force Pte Ltd ( India ) are pleased to announce the formation of a Joint Venture ( JV ) to exclusively develop, market and distribute the software product known as Prolaborate as a core component of Sparx Systems Pro Cloud Server. Sparx Systems Pty Ltd has acquired a 50% share in the Prolaborate software code base and has undertaken to tightly couple the Prolaborate code with their Pro Cloud Server, to market, distribute and manage all aspects of delivering Prolaborate to the wider Sparx Systems community. Sixth Force will continue to develop, enhance, support and evangelize the Prolaborate software product in collaboration with Sparx Systems.
